Gun ban

As of September 13, 2004, the assault rifle ban in the United States will be expired. George Bush failed to renew the ban and does not have the backing from congress. Kerry doesn't seam likely to back the ban either. This seams like one step backwards in the war on terror and on National Security. Let's face it, what legitamit excuse can someone have to use an assault weapon. automatic weapons and larger clips, up to and exceeding 100 rounds, are know legal in all of the continental U.S., due to the irresponsibility of Bush and Congress.

Ok, if i'm going to write a blog about politics, you might as well know a little about me first. I'm 17 years old and i live in rural Pennsylvania. I am a conservative democrat and i will try to bring up issues that can better inform the voters this year.
